Brixton Pottery prices range from £8.99 for a small mug to £29.99 for a 4 cup teapot.
Deliveries. We send your orders out by Royal Mail and UPS five days a week. For UPS deliveries a signature is required.
Office Hours and online ordering. Online orders can be made at any time of the day or night.
Ordering by telephone: Please call us on 01544 260577. You will be routed through to Alex's mobile number if the office is temporarily unoccupied. We cannot accept calls from witheld numbers: If you have a witheld number, please email us at brixtonpottery@btinternet.com and we'll call you back.
Ordering by post. Please download an order form here, add up the value of your order, packing and shipping using the shopping basket on the website, and post or email it to us with a cheque or credit card details. Ensure the item is in stock first by searching for it on the website. If it is not shown, it is probably not in stock.
In Stock? If a product is listed, it is actually in stock, even if no image is available. We've just had a delay in getting all photos onto the website
Wedding Lists. We will be happy to arrange a customised private web page at no extra cost for your wedding list. On your own web page you will be able to view your list and click through though to our ordering system. We will consolidate all individual gifts and deliver them together to the newlyweds. Here is a sample list for Katy and David.
Warehouse visits. If you would like to browse our extensive stock in reality, rather than online, you are welcome to visit our warehouse in Presteigne by prior appointment.
Broken Lids. If you have broken the lid of say a teapot, you can get a replacement free of charge with your online order, stocks permitting. Just purchase one item of Brixton Pottery from our website, and include a message asking for the lid. Please be very specific about size and decoration. You can email brixtonpottery@btinternet.com, with a digital photo of the broken lid attached.
Hand decoration. Because Brixton Pottery is hand made, colours and decoration on the pottery you receive may differ slightly from the photograph online. In particular, the spacing of the sponge decoration may differ, and motifs may overlap. If you are not completely satisfied with any Brixton Pottery purchase, we will be happy to make you a refund.
