Refund replacement and cancellation terms

If you wish to return a item for whatever reason please help us to help you.

Please return by Mail to:

Clearly marked as Returns

Please include a note in the package with your name, address and e-mail address stating if the item is for refund or replacement.

If in the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item please let us know exactly what it is and our returns department will inspect the goods and if accepted we will refund the return postage.

Refunds should be processed within 7 days of receipt of the items and refunded to the appropriate credit card.

We would ask you to return unsuitable items to us with in 14 working days.

We would recommend that when using the Post Office you obtain proof of postage.

If you wish to cancel an order, we will be happy to cancel and refund you, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.

However, if the order has been despatched please then you have the right to cancel the contract in writing with in 7 days from the day after you receive the order

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage.
